Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales growth through dealer management and project-based sales. The role requires strong market execution, relationship management, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue while maintaining our premium brand positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks

Drive project sales with developers, contractors, and consultants

Build strong relationships with architects and design consultants

Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution

Monitor competitor activities and market pricing

Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy receivables

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales

Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, cement, paint, or related industries preferred

Proven experience in dealer management and project sales

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories

Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh
