Job Summary

A leading international manufacturer of decorative wall finishes, protective coatings, and specialty construction materials. We are launching a state-of-the-art Experience Centre in Dhaka to showcase our products, engage architects, consultants, and developers, and deliver high-quality project solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to drive Experience Centre visits, specification-led project opportunities, and sales pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and developers.

Personally invite and manage Experience Centre visits, ensuring high conversion to specifications.

Host technical & design discussions with architects and consultants.

Identify live projects and push for system specifications in BOQs.

Track project opportunities and handover to the sales Manager for execution.

Follow up on project approvals, site mockups, and tender stages.

Maintain CRM database, ensuring proper reporting and lead tracking.

Coordinate with Marketing Manager on events, workshops, and Experience Centre promotions.

 

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in paints, coatings, wall finishes, or building materials.

Strong network with architects, consultants, or developers in Dhaka.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence specifications without relying on discounts.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Design or architectural knowledge preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Architect visits per month: 40+

Consultant visits per month: 15+

Projects identified: 8–12 per month

Specifications included in BOQ: 6+ per month

Experience Centre visits confirmed and executed: 30+ per month
