Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Architect to manage our Experience Centre, providing professional guidance to clients, contractors, and designers. This role is client-facing, demonstrating our products, finishes, and solutions in a live showroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the our Experience Centre and showroom operations
Advice architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients on product selection and finishes
Prepare product demos, mock-ups, and sample boards
Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations at the Experience Centre
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Terraco products and applications
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to convert visits into project sales
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the showroom
Collect client feedback to improve product display and demonstration quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
3–5 years of professional experience
Experience in customer-facing roles in building materials, paints, or finishes preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or relevant presentation tools
Knowledge of finishes, surface treatments, waterproofing, and decorative coatings is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Professional client interaction and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms
Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
Comfortable working in a high-profile, client-facing showroom environment
