Responsibilities & Context:
Create and modify architect, MEP drawings and plans using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop and refine design concepts.
Review and correct CAD files to eliminate errors and improve clarity.
Maintain and update CAD templates and libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as design reports and presentations.
Perform site visits and measurements to gather information for accurate design creation.
Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress and address any issues or changes.
Keep up-to-date with the latest CAD software and industry trends to enhance drawing quality and efficiency.
