Education:
    • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Enrolment with the Bangladesh Bar Council, with at least enrolment at the District Court level, is mandatory.

• Experience in maintaining legal files, case records, and documentation.              

• Experience in liaising with court litigators, law chambers, and external advocates.              

• Experience in drafting and handling legal documents and correspondence as instructed.             

  • Experience in coordinating with courts, tribunals, and relevant government offices.             

  • Familiarity with litigation processes and procedural follow-ups.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Carry out legal instructions strictly as assigned by the management and/or authorized legal representatives of the organization.

2. Draft, prepare, review, vet, and finalize legal documents including contracts, agreements, MoUs, deeds, notices, pleadings, and related correspondence, as instructed.

3. Maintain, organize, and update all legal files, case records, documents, and registers of the organization.

4. Coordinate and liaise with assigned court litigators, advocates, law firms, and chambers in connection with ongoing and prospective legal matters.

5. Assist in litigation management, including case tracking, document submission, follow-ups, and coordination with courts and tribunals.

6. Issue, receive, process, and manage legal notices, demand letters, replies, and case-related communications as per instructions.

7. Assist in employment-related and disciplinary legal matters strictly as directed by management or assigned counsel.

8. Support company matters including incorporation, amendments, regulatory filings, licenses, renewals, and statutory documentation, as instructed.

9. Ensure proper record-keeping, filing, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

10. Maintain strict confidentiality of all company information, legal documents, and case materials.

11. Attend meetings when required for coordination, briefing, or follow-up purposes.

12. Perform any other legal or documentation duties assigned by the management from time to time.
