• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree recognized in Bangladesh, and the graduating institution should be among the top ten law - specialized institutions in the country.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Have at least 2 years of relevant legal work experience. Those with project experience in the construction engineering, infrastructure, or energy fields will be given priority.

• Be proficient in Bangladeshi contract law, company law, labor law, and regulations related to foreign investment.

• Possess excellent written and oral English communication skills.

• Review tender documents and contract texts.
• Establish a database of local laws and regulations.
• Conduct credit status investigations on local enterprises.
• Handle and follow up legal dispute cases.
• Review correspondence.
• Provide local legal support and consulting opinions.
