• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• 1 year of experience for graduate engineers and 3 years of experience required for Diploma engineers.
• Must have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, email).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn inventory processes.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate inventory at all times, following
• proper storage standards and housekeeping practices.
• Oversee the receipt, verification, and timely issuance/delivery of goods, ensuring all
• items match purchase orders, work orders, and specifications.
• Process and maintain inventory documentation, including Materials Purchase
• Requisitions (MPR), Goods Receiving Reports (GRR), Materials Issue Slips (MIS), and
• other related records
• Coordinate closely with engineering and other departments to support end-to-end
• inventory processes and ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile variances with system records, and
• maintain accurate and organized stock arrangements.
• Accurately record and post all inventory transactions into inventory management
• software, ensuring real-time data accuracy and traceability.
