• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/ Private University.

• 5 to 6 years

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and ETABS.
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
• Candidates with prior experience on hospital projects will be given preference.

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings received from relevant consultants and coordinate with them for clarifications, revisions or additional details.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers and organize site meetings.
• Coordinate site visits by consultants as required.
• Coordinate with site engineers regarding work progress, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) for works and materials.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct rate analysis.
• Verify quantities and certify contractor bills.
• Prepare work plans and construction schedules.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports.
• Maintain and organize all construction-related documentation, including drawings, site order books, material test reports, work orders/supply orders, correspondence, progress reports, and work plans at the office.
