• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• Only Male

Should have strong knowledge of Labor Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Industrial Compliance.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

Enrollment with Bangladesh Bar Council is a must.     

• Oversee all legal matters of the Group, including corporate, commercial, and labor-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, Income Tax, VAT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, deeds, notices, and other legal documents.

• Handle court cases, litigation, arbitration, and liaison with external lawyers and law firms.

• Manage trade license, RJSC matters, land documentation, factory compliance issues, and regulatory approvals.

• Represent the company before government authorities, BGMEA, BKMEA, and other regulatory bodies.

• Mitigate legal risks and develop internal policies to ensure legal protection.

• Supervise and lead the Legal Department team.
