Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Bangas Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Officer to manage company legal affairs, corporate compliance, and regulatory matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all legal and company-related matters
Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents
Deal with corporate compliance, RJSC matters, and regulatory filings
Provide legal advice on company operations and governance
Liaise with lawyers, courts, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws
Additional Requirements:
Sound knowledge of company law and corporate documentation.
Strong drafting and communication skills (English & Bangla).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
