To strengthen our sales and distribution network, we are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and execution-focused professional for the position of Executive – Sales Operations (Dhaka Division).
Job Summary
The Executive – Sales Operations will support and coordinate all sales and distribution activities across the Dhaka Division. The role requires close collaboration with distributors, depot operations, accounts, and the field sales team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, effective trade promotions, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Order Management
- Manage and process dealer and distributor orders across the Dhaka Division and ensure timely execution and delivery.
2. Inventory and Stock Coordination
- Coordinate with the factory, central depot, and logistics teams to maintain product availability and minimize stock shortages.
3. Field Force Administration
- Monitor attendance, leave records, travel bills, incentive calculations, and target achievement reports of RSMs, ASMs, and Sales Representatives.
4. Trade Promotion Execution
- Ensure effective distribution and tracking of POS materials, banners, display items, and consumer promotional gifts.
5. Distributor Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with distributors and address operational issues to ensure smooth business operations.
6. Accounts and Ledger Coordination
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts department regarding dealer security deposits, outstanding balances, credit notes, and payment collections.
7. Master Data Management
- Maintain and update dealer databases, route plans, territory information, outlet registration records, and customer profiles.
8. Sales Reporting and MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pending order statements, delivery summaries, and performance analyses for management.
9. Complaint Handling and Operational Support
- Resolve distributor and field force complaints promptly and provide administrative support to ensure uninterrupted sales activities.
10. KPI and Target Monitoring
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), distribution coverage, and sales milestones, and assist management in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
