• Experience: Min 1 - 3 years, preferably in medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical companies.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Bangla.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking skills to manage various communication channels efficiently.
• Computer efficiency: Comfortable using communication tools like Excel, Word and Mobile phone apps

Job Description:

Remedic is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Doctor (HealthCare Advisor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and patients, providing expert advice and guidance through calls, texts, and emails. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the support and information they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.

Location: Dhaka Trade Center, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer and Patient Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers and patients with professionalism and empathy. Help customers get the best service experience
2. Healthcare Education: Educate customers about Remedic’s healthcare services and products, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Health Guidance: Provide general health advice tailored to individual needs to help customers navigate healthier lifestyles.
4. Activation Engagement: Guide customers and potential leads on sleep problem awareness and our solutions at our Events, Activations in Parks, Schools and collaboration with NGOs and relevant organizations.
5. Teamwork: Work together with a team to achieve goals and deliver the best possible results.
