• Accurately transcribe and prepare Radilogy, Lab and SPD reports as per consultants’ findings and prescribed formats.

• Ensure accuracy of patient information, medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and report content.

• Edit and finalize reports as instructed by reporting consultants and obtain their signatures before delivery.

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of reports within the prescribed turnaround time.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and proper filing of patient reports and records.

• Coordinate with Consultants, Sonologists, Medical Officers, Front Desk, and other concerned departments.

• Operate HIS, RIS, PACS, EMR, and other relevant computer systems for report preparation and record maintenance.

• Follow departmental SOPs, quality standards, and organizational policies.

• Assist with audits, quality improvement activities, and training of new transcriptionists when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Radiology & Imaging, Lab, SPD, or Management.
