Job Context

We are seeking energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals for the position of Pharmacy Salesman at Better Pharmacy Ltd. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting pharmacy sales, maintaining proper product arrangement and availability, and performing day-to-day pharmacy retail operations.

Candidates with a pharmacy technician certificate or relevant pharmacy training certificate will be given preference.

Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally and understand their requirements.
• Provide customers with appropriate information about pharmacy, healthcare, and related products.
• Support pharmacy product sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Operate the POS system and process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper arrangement, cleanliness, and display of pharmacy products.
• Check product stock, expiry dates, batch information, and product availability.
• Support receiving, shelving, and replenishment of pharmacy products.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and sales records.
• Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, and damaged products and report to the supervisor.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy/outlet manager regarding product availability and customer requirements.
• Follow company policies, pharmacy procedures, and instructions from management.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment within the pharmacy.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related responsibilities as required.
