Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Must have hands-on practical experience in Accounts, HR, and Asset/Inventory Management.
Experience in Hospital, Healthcare, Corporate, Educational, or Institutional organizations will be given preference.
Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data management, and reporting.
Practical knowledge of Accounting Software and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Must understand Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and Employee Record Management.
Must have practical knowledge of Asset Register, Inventory, Stock, and Fixed Asset Management.
Must be able to prepare Bank Reconciliation, Vouchers, Ledgers, Salary Sheets, and Financial Reports.
Good documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Should be responsible, organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating effectively with different departments.
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, vouchers, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
Prepare and maintain cash book, ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare salary sheets, payment statements, expense reports, and periodic financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of payments, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Assist management in preparing monthly and periodic accounts-related reports.
Ensure proper filing and preservation of financial documents.
Maintain and regularly update employee records and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, late attendance, absenteeism, and employee-related records.
Prepare monthly attendance summaries and coordinate payroll and salary processing.
Assist with employee joining, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
Maintain HR-related documents, notices, letters, policies, and administrative records.
Support recruitment activities and coordinate interview and joining formalities when required.
Ensure employee information and HR documents are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Maintain and regularly update the organization’s Asset Register and Inventory Records.
Record and monitor fixed assets, office equipment, furniture, IT equipment, and other organizational assets.
Track asset allocation, transfer, return, repair, maintenance, and disposal.
Support routine office and departmental administrative activities.
Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Procurement, Operations, and other departments when required.
Ensure organizational policies and procedures related to Accounts, HR, Assets, and Administration are properly followed.
