• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Educational Requirements:

MBBS from a recognized medical college/university.

Valid BMDC Registration is mandatory.

Post-graduation degrees (BLS/ACLS/PALS) or specialized training in ICU/NICU/PICU/Pediatrics will be given strong preference.

Additional Requirements:

• Behavior & Soft Skills: Highly polite, well-mannered, and empathetic behavior toward patients and relatives.

• Strong clinical decision-making ability under high-pressure conditions.

• Excellent team player with a willingness to work collaboratively with nursing and clinical staff.

• Both Male and Female doctors are encouraged to apply.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Critical Care Management: Perform routine check-ups, continuous monitoring, and emergency management of patients in the ICU, NICU, and PICU.

• Consultant Coordination: Conduct ward rounds with senior consultants, execute their advice promptly, and keep them regularly updated on patient conditions.

• Emergency Interventions: Respond immediately to emergency/critical patient conditions and administer life-saving protocols when necessary.

• Patient & Family Counseling: Counsel patients, parents, and family members with extreme patience, empathy, and clarity regarding illness, ongoing treatments, and diagnostic tests.

• Polite Communication: Maintain outstanding behavior, professional ethics, and courtesy with patients, attendants, duty nurses, and hospital administration at all times.

• Documentation & Handover: Maintain accurate medical history, order sheets, and EMR records. Execute proper duty handover/takeover between shift rotations.
