1. Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities in the CTVS unit.

2. Ensure safe, effective, and quality patient care.

3. Manage nursing staff, duty rosters, assignments, and attendance.

4. Monitor pre-operative and post-operative CTVS patients.

5. Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

6. Ensure proper medication administration, documentation, and reporting.

7. Maintain infection prevention and control standards.

8. Monitor emergency situations and ensure timely intervention.

9. Ensure availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.

10. Conduct staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring.

11. Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally.

12. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and safety standards.
