1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to CTVS patients.

2. Monitor vital signs, cardiac status, drains, wounds, and other clinical parameters.

3. Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

4. Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.

5. Assist doctors and surgeons during procedures and clinical interventions.

6. Monitor patients for complications and promptly report changes in condition.

7. Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and patient records.

8. Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and patient-safety protocols.

9. Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, and post-operative care.

10. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the nursing unit.

11. Respond appropriately to emergencies and support resuscitation when required.

12. Perform other nursing duties assigned by the Nursing In-Charge or authorized supervisor.
