Experience:

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 18 to 32 years

• 1 year experience in reputed hospital/Cardiac Centre.
• Candidates having experience in Cardiac Surgery Unit (CSOT, CSICU), Cardiology Unit (CCU, Cath lab), Neurosurgery & Vascular Surgery Units may be preferred.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) is preferable.

Job Summery: 

As Duty Supervisor the incumbent is responsible to the Manager, Nursing Services/Nursing Superintendent. He/She will supervise the activities of Nurse and other related support staff of respective units like assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans, He/she carry out patient care and co- ordinate with related departments within limits of patient care issues in a particular shift. He/she will supervise the activities like assessing patient’s needs of personal hygiene, scheduling appointments, ordering and administering medication as prescribed and attends to all other needs of the patient. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager, Nursing Services or any other superior authority.
