Responsibilities & Context:
Provide primary medical care, conduct consultations, and perform physical examinations for patients.
Diagnose conditions, prescribe appropriate medications, and recommend diagnostic tests or specialist referrals as needed.
Manage emergency cases promptly and initiate stabilization protocols before transfer if required.
Maintain clear, confidential, and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions.
Monitor admitted or observation patients and follow up on routine diagnostic test results.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety guidelines, and medical ethics protocols.
Coordinate with nursing staff, diagnostic departments, and consultant physicians for quality healthcare delivery.
