Job Responsibilities

1. Perform X-ray, CT Scan, MRI and other diagnostic imaging procedures as assigned.

2. Prepare patients for imaging examinations and explain the procedure clearly.

3. Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

4. Operate radiology equipment safely and efficiently according to standard procedures.

5. Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure proper use of protective equipment.

6. Verify patient identity, clinical information and examination requests before procedures.

7. Maintain accurate patient records, imaging reports and examination logs.

8. Ensure proper quality control of diagnostic images before submitting them to the Radiologist.

9. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment.

10. Identify equipment problems and report technical issues to the concerned authority.

11. Assist the Radiologist during specialized imaging procedures when required.

12. Follow hospital/diagnostic center policies, infection-control procedures and professional standards.

13. Maintain patient confidentiality and provide professional, respectful patient care.

14. Handle emergency situations appropriately and provide necessary assistance during imaging procedures.

15. Perform other duties assigned by the management or Head of the Department.
