Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy – Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
Lead and Manage the Sales Team – Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales managers and representatives to ensure optimal team performance.
Forecasting and Reporting – Analyze market trends, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report performance metrics to senior management.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships – Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with Other Departments – Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
