Responsibilities & Context:

Target: Sales & Referral Growth

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify and approach potential referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Follow up regularly to ensure consistent referrals and client satisfaction.

Field Marketing & Field Development

    • Conduct daily field visits across assigned areas within Dhaka city.
    • Expand market coverage by identifying new territories and opportunities.
    • Maintain detailed records of client visits and activities.

Promotional Campaigns

    • Plan and execute promotional activities, CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, and diagnostic camps.
    • Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, test menus, and discount offers.
    • Represent the organization at health fairs, seminars, and outreach programs.

Sales & Target Achievement

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly marketing targets.
    • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
    • Prepare regular reports on outreach and conversion rates.

Market Intelligence

    • Collect and report competitor information, market trends, pricing, and promotional tactics.
    • Suggest new services or offers based on customer demand and competitor activity.

Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with lab staff, collection centers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback efficiently.

Brand Building

    • Maintain a professional image and promote the diagnostic center’s reputation in the healthcare community.
    • Support digital marketing efforts by providing insights from the field and gathering content ideas.
