We are seeking a skilled and creative Audio & Visual Executive for our hospital to manage all audio-visual operations, multimedia presentations, event support, internal communication visuals, and digital display systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth AV support during hospital programs, conferences, seminars, patient education campaigns, and official events.
Manage all hospital audio and visual equipment and systems
Provide AV support for meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops, and official events
Operate projectors, sound systems, microphones, LED displays, video conferencing tools, and presentation equipment
Coordinate live streaming and recording of hospital events and training sessions
Prepare multimedia presentations for management and departmental use
Support patient awareness campaigns through digital displays and visual content
Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment
Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and upgrades
Maintain inventory and usage records of AV devices
Ensure proper setup and technical support during VIP visits and hospital programs
Collaborate with marketing and administration teams for communication materials
Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies / Mass Communication / Multimedia / Electronics / Information Technology or related field
Diploma or certification in Audio-Visual Technology will be considered an advantage
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in audio-visual operations
Experience in hospital, corporate, event management, or institutional setup preferred
Hands-on experience with AV systems, sound equipment, and presentation tools
Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and troubleshooting
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent event requirements
Basic video editing and presentation design skills preferred
Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and other conferencing platforms
Strong organizational and time management abilities
