Job Responsibilities:
Proficiency working in Mysoft software.
Receive and guide patients, attendants, and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment procedures.
Prepare and process patient bills accurately and efficiently.
Maintain billing records, invoices, and payment documents.
Coordinate with accounts and medical departments regarding billing issues.
Respond to patient queries, complaints, and service-related issues politely.
Operate hospital management software for billing and patient information.
Ensure proper cash handling and daily collection reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
