Job Context:
We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and proactive HR Manager who has a solid background in Hospital/Healthcare Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring zero-error management across all hospital shifts and managing a large healthcare workforce (including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff) to maintain the highest standard of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish a bulletproof HR system to ensure zero management gaps, compliance errors, or operational failures across all hospital shifts.
* Source, headhunt, and onboard highly qualified Doctors, Consultants, Nurses, Medical Technologists, and Administrative staff.
* Oversee and strictly monitor 24/7 shift duty rosters, backup staffing, and emergency on-call schedules for medical and non-medical departments.
* Ensure 100% compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, DGHS guidelines, BMDC rules, and government hospital regulations.
* Professionally handle payroll, visiting fees, attendance, and schedules for senior consultants and visiting doctors.
* Implement KPIs and rigorous performance appraisal systems for clinical (nurses/techs) and non-clinical staff to maintain high healthcare standards.
* Independently handle employee misconduct, patient-staff disputes, and issue show-cause letters/disciplinary actions per labor law.
* Design and enforce strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service guidelines, and patient-handling etiquettes.
* Supervise daily biometric attendance, manage leave records, and ensure timely, error-free monthly payroll processing.
