Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a qualified, licensed dentist to provide safe, standardized, patient-centered general or specialized dental care in our international-standard dental clinic/hospital in China. The role includes clinical diagnosis and treatment, patient education, infection control, medical record keeping, and team collaboration, while complying with Chinese medical regulations and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Treatment

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations, take and interpret dental radiographs (X‑rays, CBCT), and establish accurate diagnoses.

• Provide general dentistry services: preventive care, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, veneers, and minor oral surgery.

• For specialist candidates: deliver advanced care in implantology, orthodontics, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or endodontics.

• Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively during procedures.

Education & Professional Certification

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university.

• Valid dental license in home country

• For specialists: recognized specialist certification or advanced training in the relevant field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical dental experience (general dentist); 3–5+ years for specialists (implant, orthodontic, etc.).

• Proven track record of independent, high-quality clinical work.

Language Skills

• Fluent English (required); basic to intermediate Mandarin strongly preferred for patient communication.

• Patient‑centered mindset, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to Chinese clinical environment.
