Job Responsibilities
To perform and interpret various ultrasound examinations
To ensure accurate diagnosis and timely reporting of imaging findings.
To correlate ultrasound findings with clinical history and other diagnostic investigations.
To communicate significant or urgent findings promptly to treating physicians.
To maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure proper utilization.
To participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance programs.
To maintain accurate patient records and imaging archives.
To maintain high standards of patient safety, privacy, and comfort during examinations.
To ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and relevant regulations.
To stay updated with advances in diagnostic imaging and ultrasound technology
To coordinate with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
To work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
To carry out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
