Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• DOLV/MLOP/B.Sc. in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing or relevant health science qualification.

• Specialized ophthalmic OT training will be an added advantage.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of OT infection control and sterilization standards.

• Ability to work under pressure.Good communication and reporting skills.

• Computer literacy is preferred.

SKS Eye Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced OT In-Charge to supervise the daily operation of the Operation Theatre, maintain infection control standards, and ensure smooth coordination of ophthalmic surgical procedures.

• Supervise the daily activities of the Operation Theatre.

• Prepare OT for ophthalmic surgeries.

• Coordinate with ophthalmologists, anesthetists, nurses, and OT staff.

• Ensure sterilization and infection prevention protocols are maintained.

• Manage OT equipment, surgical instruments, and consumables.

• Maintain OT schedules and documentation.

• Monitor stock and coordinate procurement requirements.

• Ensure patient safety before, during, and after surgery.

• Train and supervise OT personnel.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
