Experience:
LLB/LLM required; candidates from recognized public universities are preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal documentation, compliance, and corporate legal matters.
Good communication, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate with courts, government authorities, lawyers, and internal departments.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation/record management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent legal matters.
Professional ethics, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Willingness to perform other legal, compliance, documentation, and administrative duties assigned by Management
Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions, briefs, and recommendations.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents
Maintain contract records and monitor contract execution, renewal, expiry dates, and compliance obligations.
Assist in managing litigation by preparing case files, maintaining case records, monitoring hearing dates, and coordinating with external lawyers
Handle and maintain records of legal notices, summons, demand letters, and other legal correspondence.
Assist in collecting, organizing, verifying, and maintaining land and property-related documents
Coordinate with government, semi-government, regulatory authorities, courts, and other relevant institutions regarding Company legal matters
Assist in maintaining corporate records, statutory documents, resolutions, authorizations, and other Company compliance requirements
Support legal matters relating to vendors, suppliers, distributors, dealers, and other business partners
Assist the HR and management in handling employee, labor, disciplinary, and employment related legal matters
Monitor legal and regulatory compliance requirements and maintain compliance records and deadlines.
Identify potential legal risks and irregularities and report them to the Senior Legal Officer and Management.
Assist in maintaining legal documents and records relating to the Company's fixed assets and properties.
Maintain an organized physical and digital filing, documentation, and record management system for the Legal Department
Coordinate with different internal departments to collect information and documents and resolve legal or contractual issues Liaise and follow up with external lawyers, consultants, government authorities, and other relevant agencies
Prepare and maintain legal reports, case status reports, compliance reports, trackers, and other updates as required
Provide administrative and operational support for the efficient functioning of the Legal Department
Maintain strict confidentiality, professional ethics, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Perform any other legal, compliance, documentation, coordination, or related duties assigned by the Senior Legal Officer or Company Management.
