- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Language:
- Proficiency in English and Bengali; knowledge of Rohingya or Chittagonian dialect is an asset.

Responsibilities & Context: Location: Health Post Rohingya, Camp-4, Cox’s Bazar
Reporting to: Project Coordinator
Purpose of the Role:
The Clinical Coordinator will oversee and ensure the effective delivery of clinical services at the health post in the FDMN camp. This role requires maintaining high-quality standards of patient care, managing clinical staff and ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines. The Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating the smooth functioning of clinical operations while contributing to the overall health outcomes for the FDMN community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Service Oversight
- Oversee all clinical activities and ensure high-quality care aligned with organizational and international standards.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure timely delivery of outpatient curative care, emergency treatment and other essential health services.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, including triage, treatment and referral processes for emergency and high-risk cases.
- Coordinate and supervise maternal and child health, mental health and psychosocial support, GBV support, family planning and immunizations.
2. Team Management and Coordination
- Manage clinical staff schedules, including medical technologists, midwives and other health professionals, to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to clinical staff to enhance capacity and maintain high standards of care.
- Lead weekly team meetings to review performance, address challenges and plan activities.
- Ensure on-the-job training and skill development opportunities for clinical staff, maintaining proper documentation for audits and reviews.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure that all clinical practices comply with organizational policies, national guidelines and relevant healthcare standards.
- Conduct regular clinical audits and reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with health authorities and other stakeholders to align with the Joint Response Plan (JRP) and ensure compliance with camp health standards.
4. Patient Care and Safety
- Monitor patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Promote infection prevention and control (IPC) measures within the facility.
- Oversee medication management and pharmacy operations to ensure proper inventory and safe usage.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Ensure accurate documentation of clinical services, including HIS data, patient records and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on clinical activities, challenges and achievements to the Project Coordinator and relevant stakeholders.
- Support data collection and analysis to inform program decisions and improve service delivery.
6. Community and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the community outreach program to align health services with community needs.
- Coordinate with referral partners and higher facilities for advanced care cases.
- Foster strong working relationships with SCI and other partner organizations for effective service delivery.
Job Other Benifits: - Monthly Gross Salary: BDT 105,000 /= (Only)
- Bonus and other benefits: 10% of the monthly gross salary.
