SKS Eye Hospital is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and service-oriented Counselor to guide patients regarding treatment plans, surgical procedures, and hospital services while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

• Counsel patients regarding eye diseases, treatment options, and surgical procedures.

• Explain hospital services, packages, and estimated treatment costs.

• Coordinate appointments, admissions, and surgery schedules.

• Maintain effective communication between patients and consultants.

• Follow up with patients before and after surgery.

• Address patient queries and concerns professionally.

• Maintain patient counseling records and reports.

• Support patient satisfaction initiatives.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
