আর রাহা হসপিটাল এন্ড ডায়াগনস্টিক লি: এ ৪ জন বিলিং অফিসার নিয়োগ করা হবে। Hospital Billing Officer / Front Desk Officer পদে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা ব্যতীত অন্য কেউ দয়া করে আবেদন করবেন না। আবেদন করার পূর্বে বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি ভালোভাবে পড়ে স্যালারি, দায়িত্ব এবং শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হয়ে আবেদন করুন।

Job Responsibilities & Context

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly and provide necessary assistance with professionalism.

• Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, doctors’ schedules, and test fees.

• Read doctors’ prescriptions carefully, identify required tests, and explain them to patients.

• Prepare and clarify invoices for registration, consultation, pathology/radiology tests, and pharmacy bills.

• Maintain daily updates of inpatient bed charges, doctor visits, and medicine expenses.

• Inform patients or guardians about total bills and advance payments regularly.

• Handle patient inquiries or complaints patiently and escalate issues to management when needed.

• Ensure cleanliness and order at the front desk and reception area.

• Safeguard patient files, reports, and other hospital documents with care.

• Respond promptly to emergency cases to facilitate urgent care or admission.

• Follow hospital policies and protocols strictly and coordinate effectively with all departments.
