Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing corporate accounts.

  2. Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate organizations, including industries, banks, insurance companies, educational institutions, NGOs, and government agencies.

  3. Promote Akij Mediplex's healthcare services, including diagnostic services, specialist consultations, executive health check-ups, pre-employment medicals, corporate wellness programs, home sample collection, and telemedicine.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Administration, and key decision-makers through regular client visits, follow-ups, and service reviews.

  5. Prepare business proposals, quotations, service agreements, and support contract negotiations to secure and retain corporate clients.

  6. Conduct corporate presentations, health awareness programs, medical camps, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

  7. Monitor sales performance, maintain an updated sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and accurately record client interactions in the CRM/HIS.

  8. Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Marketing, Laboratory, Radiology, Finance, Operations, and Medical Consultants, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  9. Manage corporate agreements, client feedback, and complaint resolution while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely contract renewals.

  10. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and healthcare regulations.
