Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital laboratory will be preferred.

Must have sound knowledge of laboratory quality assurance, biosafety, and infection prevention protocols.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with Laboratory Information System (LIS)/Hospital Management Software will be considered an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to work on a roster basis, including day, evening, night, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong work ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate and timely laboratory results
Perform laboratory investigations in Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, and other assigned diagnostic sections.
Conduct laboratory tests accurately by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and using appropriate laboratory equipment and reagents.
Verify the quality and suitability of specimens before performing laboratory analyses.
Ensure routine calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of all laboratory instruments and equipment.
Report any equipment malfunction or technical issues promptly to the Laboratory In-charge or the concerned authority.
Accurately verify, record, and enter test results into the Laboratory Information System (LIS)/Hospital Management System.
Prepare laboratory reports in a timely manner and submit them for review and authorization.
Follow Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assessment (EQA) procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Ensure the proper use of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies, and assist in inventory and stock monitoring.
Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and biosafety standards within the laboratory at all times.
Handle biomedical waste and biohazardous materials safely in compliance with hospital policies and infection prevention protocols.
Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Hospital Management or Laboratory In-charge.
Must be proficient in operating modern and automated laboratory equipment.
Candidates with hands-on experience in operating updated laboratory analyzers and diagnostic instruments will be given preference.
