Experience:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically profound Senior Biomedical Engineer to lead our biomedical asset lifecycle management, engineering operations, and equipment compliance framework. This senior role requires a professional with a solid background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) and a long track record of managing high-end, complex medical technologies (such as imaging, life support, and diagnostic systems). The selected candidate will head technical troubleshooting teams, manage third-party vendor contracts, and ensure the absolute safety and accuracy of our clinical systems.
Strategic Asset Management: Oversee the installation, calibration, preventive maintenance (PPM), and life-cycle management of all advanced medical equipment and systems across the facility.
Technical Escalation & Troubleshooting: Lead the diagnostics and repair of critical, high-end medical equipment (including ICU, OT, Radiology, and Laboratory machinery), ensuring minimal system downtime.
Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with multinational medical equipment manufacturers and local suppliers.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce strict calibration, safety verification, and radiation protection standards matching national and international healthcare quality protocols (e.g., ISO, healthcare regulatory bodies).
Procurement Support: Conduct technical evaluations, prepare comparative statements, and provide expert engineering advice on new medical equipment procurement and technology upgrades.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and allocate duties to junior biomedical engineers and technicians, promoting a proactive culture of maintenance and technical excellence.
