Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative, accounts, pharmacy, diagnostic, and support departments.
Monitor patient services, admission, discharge, billing, and overall operational workflow.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Lead, motivate, and supervise department heads and operational staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, discipline, and performance.
Identify operational problems and take timely corrective actions.
Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints professionally.
Coordinate with management regarding operational performance, requirements, and improvement plans.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Management.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, medical equipment, facilities, and other hospital resources.
Manage patient flow, bed utilization, appointment processes, and service delivery to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and support financial efficiency within hospital operations.
Handle patient and visitor complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support management in developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
