Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age At most 35 years

• Preferable to have experience in garments sector.

• Good Communication Skill.

• Good knowledge over MS-Office packages.

• Understanding and caring deeply about patients’ suffering and well-being.

• Examine employees age, health and fitness during recruitment of new employees.

• Ensure proper treatment of the employees and medical check-up for pregnant employees and childcare baby`s regularly.

• Attend patients and visit child care center.

• Prescribe medicine or other advises to the attending patients.

• Ensure overall health and safety issues of the workers and staff periodically.

• Provide training on first aid treatment procedures, pregnant mothers, health & hygiene periodically.

• Maintain daily treatment register, accident & injury register and medicine stock register.

• Check and verify documentation of medical records.

• Respond immediately to medical emergencies, provide immediate intervention and stabilize patients when necessary.

• Accurately and comprehensively document patient care activities in the medical record, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Recommend sick leave of the employees and staff according to the company`s rules and regulation.

• During compliance audit, duties and responsibilities should be expressed properly in favor of the company to the auditors.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
