• Only Male

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.

• Valid BMDC registration.Relevant experience in Emergency Department / Hospital will be preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and emergency patient management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.Must be responsible, disciplined, punctual, and patient-focused.

• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week, according to the duty roster.

• Candidates must be willing to work within the hospital's prescribed salary range.

• Ability to work in accordance with hospital policies, SOPs, ethical standards, and professional guidelines.

We are currently seeking professional and dedicated Medical Officers to join our team. We are hiring Male Medical Officers for Emergency duty and Female Medical Officers for IPD (In-Patient Department) management. The ideal candidates will contribute their clinical expertise, ensure the highest standards of treatment, and strictly adhere to our institutional policies and SOPs.

Job Responsibilities:

Emergency Medical Officer (Male)

• Provide rapid, high-quality clinical expertise to critical patients in the Emergency Department and manage life-threatening situations with professional urgency.

• Interpret lab results, review prescriptions, and facilitate effective treatment management plans.

• Perform administrative tasks including duty roster scheduling and billing management, ensuring operational efficiency.

• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital protocols.

• Identify and report difficulties related to patient care to senior management, providing actionable solutions.

• Maintain accurate patient charts, medical records, and reports, ensuring all documentation is precise and up-to-date.

• Supervise and mentor junior healthcare staff to continuously develop their clinical skills and knowledge.

• Handle and resolve patient or attendant complaints professionally, particularly those relevant to treatment and care.
