• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in In Nursing

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Female

Experience in Orthopaedic, Neuro, Spine, Trauma or specialized hospitals will be highly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, documentation and team management skills.

Lead and supervise the nursing team to ensure quality patient care and patient safety.

Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, infection prevention and clinical protocols.

Prepare and manage duty rosters, staff allocation and performance monitoring.

Ensure effective utilization of the hospital's digital nursing software and electronic documentation system.

Coordinate with consultants, doctors and hospital management for smooth patient care services.

Conduct regular training, mentoring and skill development programs for nursing staff.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards and quality improvement initiatives.
