Education:
MBBS with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiology/Imaging or equivalent professional qualification.
Proven professional experience as a Radiologist in a reputed hospital, diagnostic center, or medical institution.
Strong and proven experience in Chest X-Ray interpretation and reporting is essential.
Experience in overseas worker medical screening, occupational health screening, or foreign employment medical examinations will be highly preferred.
Experience handling a high volume of Chest X-Ray images and providing timely reports will be an advantage.
Previous experience with reputed hospitals or diagnostic centers is preferred.- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive and high-volume conditions.
High level of professionalism, integrity, punctuality, accuracy, and accountability.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Accurately review and interpret Chest X-Ray images of overseas workers undergoing medical screening for employment abroad.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professionally documented Chest X-Ray reports within the required timeframe.
- Identify and appropriately report any significant radiological findings, abnormalities, or suspected conditions requiring further evaluation.
- Ensure that all Chest X-Ray reports are prepared with accuracy, consistency, professionalism, and accountability.
- Provide a second opinion or arrange peer review for doubtful, abnormal, or complex cases whenever necessary.
- Where required, form and coordinate a Radiology Review Team comprising experienced radiologists to ensure accurate and consistent interpretation of Chest X-Ray images.
- Take responsibility for the team's workflow, case distribution, report quality, and timely completion of reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of overseas workers' medical information and diagnostic records.
- Ensure that reports are completed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT), with particular attention to deadlines for overseas worker medical processing.
- Give priority to urgent or time-sensitive cases to avoid delays in the overall medical clearance and overseas employment process.
- Coordinate effectively with physicians, medical officers, medical technicians, and management regarding radiology-related matters.
- Follow the Medical Center's SOPs, quality-control procedures, applicable regulatory requirements, and relevant standards for overseas worker medical screening.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards and promptly communicate any significant findings or quality concerns to management.
