Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Leader to manage all financial operations of our hospital. It is not mandatory to be a former CFO, but you must have strong, long-term experience working in the Finance and Accounts department of a hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Leadership: Manage the hospital’s finance, accounts, and billing teams.
Hospital Billing & Revenue: Oversee patient billing and daily cash collections to ensure no money is lost.
Budget & Expense Control: Prepare yearly budgets, monitor hospital expenses, and control costs across all departments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports, tax/VAT returns, and audit documents according to local laws.
Cash Flow Management: Manage bank accounts, cash flow, daily payments, and hospital investments.
Team Guidance: Train and lead the accounting and billing staff to work accurately and efficiently.
