KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outpatient consultations and initial eye examinations
• Diagnose common ophthalmic conditions and refer complex cases to specialist consultants
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per hospital protocol
• Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for smooth OPD flow
• Support health awareness and patient counseling initiatives
• Assist in outreach / eye camp activities as needed (daytime only)
REQUIREMENTS
• MBBS from a recognized medical institution (BM&DC registered)
• Prior clinical experience preferred; strong-record freshers may also apply
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work in a structured, disciplined healthcare environment
• Interest in ophthalmology is a plus
