Job Description

Makka Eye Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR professional to join our team. The selected candidate must be willing to work at any branch of Makka Eye Hospital, as required by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee-related matters.

• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.

• Support payroll processing and HR documentation.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.

• Coordinate staff scheduling and support workforce management.

• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous professional experience in HR within an eye hospital, hospital, or healthcare organization.

• Candidates without prior HR work experience are strictly not eligible to apply.

• Practical knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee management, and HR administration.

• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

• Willingness to work at any branch of Makka Eye Hospital as assigned by management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
