অভিজ্ঞতা:
Freshers আবেদন করতে পারবেন; তবে Sales Target Meet-up করা, Tele-Marketing, Customer Service, Counselling করা বা Study Abroad Industry-তে অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
ভাষা: স্পষ্ট, প্রমিত ও পেশাদার বাংলায় কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
English Communication: ইংরেজিতে সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলতে পারলে অগ্রাধিকার।
অন্যান্য দক্ষতা: ভালো আচরণ, ধৈর্য, আত্মবিশ্বাস, সক্রিয়ভাবে শোনার ক্ষমতা, Professional Communication এবং Follow-up Management।
নারী প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে; পুরুষ প্রার্থীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Basic Computer Knowledge এবং Microsoft Office/Google Sheets ব্যবহারের দক্ষতা বাড়তি সুবিধা।

Student Counsellor - Study Abroad, Admission and VISA Processing & China Business Setup
eduFa global একটি Worldwide Education Consultancy, International Business Support ও Visa Processing প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমাদের সেবা সম্প্রসারণের লক্ষ্যে উদ্যমী, আত্মবিশ্বাসী ও যোগাযোগে দক্ষ কয়েকজন Student Counsellor নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
💼 পদের দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Facebook, WhatsApp ও অন্যান্য উৎস থেকে আসা Lead-দের ফোন করা এবং Follow-up করা।
শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক ও সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রাথমিক Counselling প্রদান।
Study Abroad, University Admission, Visa Documentation এবং China Business/Company Setup বিষয়ে প্রাথমিক তথ্য প্রদান।
Target Based Counselling and High Commission Structure
Tele-Sales, Tele-Marketing ও Lead Conversion কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।
ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন, যোগ্যতা ও আগ্রহ যাচাই করে উপযুক্ত Counselling বা অফিস মিটিংয়ের ব্যবস্থা করা।
নিয়মিত Lead Database, Call Status ও Follow-up Report আপডেট রাখা।
