• Age 30 to 45 years

•Must have strong technical knowledge of woven Pant, Jacket, and Shirt pattern making.

•Must be capable of developing patterns according to buyer TPs, tech packs, design sketches, and reference samples.

•Must have good knowledge of pattern grading, marker making, and pattern corrections.

•Must be able to understand dummy fitting, identify fitting problems, and make necessary pattern adjustments.

•Must have comprehensive knowledge of different types of fabrics and their properties, including shrinkage, stretch, relaxation, and washing effects.

•Must be able to determine appropriate shrinkage allowances based on fabric test reports and washing requirements.

•Must be capable of supervising and managing Sample Men, distributing work, monitoring progress, and ensuring sample completion within the required timeline.

•Must be able to communicate with buyers regarding pattern, measurement, fitting, and technical issues.

•Must be capable of analyzing buyer comments and implementing accurate pattern corrections.

•Must coordinate with the Sample, Merchandising, CAD, and Quality teams to ensure smooth sample development.

•Must ensure pattern accuracy, garment fitting, and sample quality according to buyer requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

•Strong expertise in Pant, Jacket, and Shirt pattern development.

•Proven experience in handling and supervising Sample Men.

•Good English communication skills for buyer correspondence and technical discussions.

•Strong problem-solving ability and a sound understanding of garment construction.
