*Interpret and understand construction drawings.
*Supervise all construction activities at the site.
*Prepare cost estimates, material requisitions, and bills.
*Receive and record construction materials.
*Ensure quality control of construction works.
*Manage manpower and handle site operations efficiently.
*Maintain mental resilience and ability to work under pressure.
