Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
We are looking for two energetic and target-driven Senior Executives – Sales (Female) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, managing leads, conducting property tours, and closing sales. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about real estate and enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with potential customers interested in purchasing flats and real estate units
- Make phone calls to follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients, including property site visits
- Understand buyer profiles and screen for genuine prospects
- Assist customers in selecting suitable properties based on their needs and financial ability
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends and competitor offerings
- Support the overall sales process from lead generation to closing
- Work under pressure to meet individual and team sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales updates and feedback to the sales manager
