Job Summary
We are hiring three energetic and motivated Jr. Executives – Sales to support our growing real estate team. This position is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of sales experience or freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. The role includes handling client inquiries, assisting in lead generation and follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and learning the sales process hands-on under experienced leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with potential buyers through phone calls and meetings
Schedule and conduct property visits with interested clients
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Assist the senior sales team in follow-ups and documentation
Help achieve individual and team sales targets
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitors
Provide feedback and sales reports to supervisors
