1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
2. Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
3. Address customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
4. Maintain call records and update customer information as required.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
6. Maintain professional communication and ensure quality customer service.
7. Achieve assigned call-handling and performance targets.
